Today, we at Tahoe Therapeutics are announcing TahoeDive, built in partnership with Kepler AI (Keplogic) — and opening beta access!

TahoeDive is an AI agent that empowers biologists to query and analyze Tahoe-100M using natural language, while accounting for the broader scientific literature. Tahoe-100M has already been downloaded 45K+ times by ML x Bio builders and bioinformaticians. But it is a massive, rich dataset that is not easy to digest for everyone.

We built TahoeDive to allow the broader community of biologists to discover new insights

As context, TahoeDive has access to Tahoe-100M, datasets derived from it, and the broader scientific literature. It uses language and reasoning models to respond to natural language prompts and to generate code to analyze the data and visualize results - tasks typically done by a team of bioinformaticians.

It is still in beta and it will take time for us to make it general purpose; but in the meantime we tried to rediscover some of our discoveries from Tahoe-100M and it worked great. Sign up to get access to beta and let us know what you think.
